If you are using our Delaware address as a virtual address for personal use only, you will need 1 x subscription for each person that is using our address and / or for whom we are handling post. Each person will be allocated with their own unique office / suite number.
They will all be emailed to you as PDF files.
You will be given consent to use our office address in Newark, Delaware. You will also be allocated with your own unique office / suite number. This will enable your business to have its own unique identity. The full address will be emailed to you after you sign up to our service.
Providing that your subscription with us is live, all letters will be scanned and emailed to you by default.
After receiving the scan, if you decide that you want the original post item or if the item cannot be scanned as it is too bulky, then you can log into the client area and request for it to be forwarded to you. If it weighs less than 100 grams, we will post it to you for free using a standard postal service with no tracking.
If you would like an item to be forwarded on to you quickly with tracking, then you can either book your own courier to collect the item from our office and have it forwarded on to you, or you can provide us with a postage label and we will drop the item off to the nearest dispatch depot. The courier handover service incurs a courier handover surcharge of $5.50 per consignment.
Yes, you can receive letters at our Delaware Business Centre. However, we do not accept parcels or signed-for post. We also do not offer post collection in person.
Provided your Virtual Office subscription is active and your KYC verification has been completed, all letters received on your behalf will be opened, scanned and emailed to you by default.
If an item cannot be scanned, or if you require the original document after it has been scanned, we can forward it to an address of your choice. You may provide us with a prepaid postage or shipping label, and we will drop the item off at the post office or courier depot for onward delivery. This service incurs a flat-rate admin fee of $4 per consignment.
We will inform the State Government of Delaware that we are acting as your new Registered Agent and will complete and file all appropriate paperwork with them free of charge.
Your card will be charged automatically for 12 months subscription based on the renewal price shown for your chosen package. If you want to cancel and do not want your subscription to renew then read point 12b in the FAQs below.

When you are not available to answer your business calls, you can divert your calls to our call centre (your own unique phone number will be provided). They will then take a message from the caller with the caller’s details and email everything over to you immediately. All of our call answering agents speak English as their first language.
No. Our address must not be used for vehicle registration, driving licences or any form of transportation-related licensing or documentation. If we receive any correspondence that indicates you have used our address for such purposes, it will be returned to the sender without any prior notice to you. We will also include a covering letter from our office requesting immediate removal of our address from their records.
