From 01/05/2024 Companies House are increasing their filing fee from £13 to £34. File early to save money! You can even file your statement early even if it is not due yet. It will be valid for 1 year from the date of filing. Do you have your web filing code? This is needed to file your statement. We can order a new one if you do not have it, but it can take up to 21 days to arrive. Plan ahead, file early and don't get caught out!
