They normally schedule a call, quizz you for half an hour about your business and then try and find ways in which to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Our Standard Call Answering package comes with no per minute charges. You just pay a flat rate fee for every call that we answer and take a message or answer and transfer to you.

1 token = Answer a call in the name of your company. Take a message and then forward the message to you via email together with the caller's details.

2 tokens = Answer a call in the name of your company. Take the caller's details and a message and then call you on your UK landline / Mobile and ask if you if you want to take the call. If yes, then we transfer the call to you immediately (we will only deduct 2 tokens from your balance regardless of how long your call lasts with your client).

Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge a set up fee.

When someone calls you on the number that we provide you with, they will hear a message that says "your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes"

After we complete the call we will email you a summary of the call and also email you a recording of the actual call in a sound file.

Call Answering Frequently Asked Questions and Terms

Unlike with many of our competitors, we do not charge set up fees. Just hit the subscribe button and we will set you up.

Under UK regulations there is no requirement for you to provide any ID documents to set up a Call Answering service. However at our discretion we may ask for additional information about your business and ask the Directors to provide ID, proof of residential address and selifies.

You pay a £4.99 per month service fee via recurring automatic subscription payments. This will be charged to you on the monthly anniversary of your sign up date. For example if you join our servie on the 5th of Jan, When you run out of tokens you can purchase a bundle of extra tokens from the client admin area.

Bundle of 10 Tokens = £16.67 + vat (£20 inc VAT

Bundle of 30 Tokens = £49.17 + vat (£59 inc VAT)

When we answer a call and take a message and email it to you, we will deduct 1 token from your balance.

When we answer a call and transfer it to you, we will deduct 2 tokens from your balance.

We do not charge per minute.

This can done by logging in to the online client log in area.

This is not possible. Your free (unused tokens) will expire on your monthly billing date if not used. You will then receive a new batch of 6 free tokens. Paid for tokens purchased as part of a bundle will not expire. The client log in area will clearly show you your free tokens and the tokens that you purchase as part of a bundle. Please also see point 6 below.

Any tokens that you purchase as part of a bundle will not expire. The only exception to this is if you stop paying the monthly rental fee or if you cancel and close the service.

In either scenario the tokens will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you decide to rejoin the service again later you will not be able to reclaim your old expired tokens.

Unused tokens will expire on your monthly billing date and a batch of 6 new tokens will be added to your account on your billing date. Your monthly billing date is the date that you joined our service for the first time. For example if you join our service on the 5th of Jan, then your monthly billing date will be on or around the 5th of every month.

UK law states that business calls can be recorded only if the caller is made aware that their call is / may be recorded. When someone calls your call answering number we play them a recorded messge that says "your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes," before putting them through to the call centre. This ensures that you are on the correct side of UK regulation.

We will give you’re your own phone number for any city of your choice. You can either advertise this number direct within the public domain, or you can divert calls from your existing number to the call centre number that we give you.

You will be notified via email within a few minutes with the caller's details (usually within seconds).

We will send you an automated email to notify you that you have run out of credit.

Our call centre is based in the UK. All calls are answered by people with British accents whose first language is English.

Our call centre operates 24/7 365 days a year. It never closes.

The phone number belongs to us and does not form part of the "Call Answering Paid." We are happy to sell numbers to clients for a 1 time fee of £50 + VAT. Once payment is received the number can be ported out.

You can cancel within 14 days of the date that you first sign up to use our service, for the first time.

You my be charged a discretionary fee of no more than £4.99 for any use of our service during the 14 day period.

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of signing up for the first time. Please also see points (7) and (16).
