When testing our service there are 2 things that you should be looking out for:

1) The caller's experience.

i.e. how our call centre answers a call and communicates with your callers.

2) Your own experience if you become a customer of ours.

i.e. what information we gather from the caller and how we relay it to you.

We will give you a phone number for "Bob's Decorating Services".

This will take you through to our call centre. Just make a fictitious enquiry about a decoration job that you need to be completed. The call centre operator will not know it is test call and will handle the call like they would handle any other call.

Once the call ends we will email you a recording of the call and we will email you a summary of the conversation.

This is the part of the service that you will be paying for and will experience from us, every time we take a message for you.
