The USA numbers that we provide are landline numbers with the added feature of being able to receive SMS messages and one-time passcodes. Landline numbers cannot usually receive SMS messages, but due to the unique nature of the numbers that we provide, they are very often used as substitutes for USA Mobile Numbers.

No, a virtual number can only be used on one device at a time. However, if you’d like to use the same number across multiple devices, we can set up extensions for an additional fee. We also offer advanced features such as simultaneous ring (where all extensions ring at once), IVR menus, and customised welcome messages. No, SMS messages are delivered directly to your email in real-time. This ensures that you receive messages even if the mobile app is not open, not installed, or your phone is switched off. Your incoming messages will not be affected by the status of the app or device.
The outgoing call feature is not included in our standard package. To make outgoing calls, you’ll need to upgrade to our Premium package, which includes 150 free outgoing minutes per month. These minutes can be used to call over 50 international destinations. For other chargeable destinations, you can easily top up your balance via our mobile app or VoIP portal. Voicemail to email facility is 100% free. There is no extra charge for this service. If someone calls you and you do not answer, their call will be redirected to voicemail. They can then leave you a voice message which will be delivered as a sound file to your email address in real time. You can update your email address at any time via the Mobile App.
No, unused free minutes do not roll over. Any remaining minutes will expire on your refresh date, just before your new monthly allowance is added.
No, our service is currently only available through our Android and iOS mobile applications. We do not offer a desktop version for Windows or Mac at this time.
Yes, you can use the number to receive OTPs and verification codes from most banks, apps, and websites. However, some platforms may not support US virtual numbers or may have restrictions in place. We recommend checking with the specific service provider to confirm compatibility.
You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of signing up for a full refund. After this you cannot get a refund and you can only cancel at your quarterly billing date by giving at least 7 days' notice.
