Icon Offices provide an all in one UK Accountancy Package that is designed to eliminate all of the stresses involved in staying on the right side of HMRC and Companies House.
We recognise that running a business is stressful enough without having to deal with these additional complications. That's why, if you choose us we will file your VAT returns, Corporation Tax Returns,
create your annual accounts, do your P11D expense returns, submit all necessary filings with Companies House and provide you with unlimited phone and email support along the way. We boast an all in one Accounts Package with no hidden charges.
We also offer a range of additional services such as companay formation (free with some packages), use of one of our 4 addresses for all of your Business Mail and for registration of your company (also free with some packages). We can also provide your business with VOIP Business Lines.
Our Accountancy Package prices are amongst the most competitive that you are likely to find anywhere in the UK and we also offer an affordable quarterly payment programme.

You will be appointed with an account handler as your main point of contact for all of your Accountancy related queries. Your account handler will contact you within 3 working days of your subscription going active.
We have a team of qualified Accountants working for us who will be handling your Accounts.
After subscription you have 14 days to cancel. You will be given a full refund. If you have used our services during this time including our consultancy services a discretionary fee may be deducted from the total. After 14 days you can only cancel at your quarterly subscription date, by giving a minimum of 7 days' notice before your billing date. You will not be eligible for any refunds after your 14 day cooling off period has expired even if you have not used any of our services. This because our service is in place and up and running. It is therefore up to you if / when you use it.
We have tried to be as transparent as possible with our pricing and do not believe in having a "hidden charges" policy. The above packages are designed to provide you with a full Accountacy Service for your business. We'll take care of everything within the price and services quoted.
We have structured the cost of our services based on your annual turnover which provides a fair and transparent method of charging.
There are however some important things that you need to know which may effect your costs.
a) We provide free bookkeeping for the number of transactions per month stated in the relevant package. By transactions this means purchases and sales. No Accounting software is needed in such instances.
b) If you exceed the number of said transactions per month you will need to invest in Accounting software. You would not pay us for the software. You would pay the software provider directly. eg Pandle, Quickbooks, Xero etc. We may be able to arrange discount codes.
c) If you exceed the number of said transactions per month you can either do your own bookkeeping or pay us to do it for you. A bespoke price can be calculated for us to do additional bookkeeping based on your number of monthly transactions. Please ask for information.
d) For us to run your company's payroll and calculate and submit tax and NI and print payslips accounting software is needed which you will need to pay for (eg quickbooks, Xero). In some circumstances software is not needed. Contact us for information.
e) If you want us to compile a full set of accounts and file them with Companies House and also want us to submit your CT600 Tax Return then we need the equivalent of 12 months' subscription. If you have not paid us the equivalent of 12 months' subscription you will be asked to pay the differece.
f) If you also want us to complete and submit your own personal Self Assessment tax returns there will also be an extra charge depending on how much works needs to be done.
g) Sometimes there are filing fees that have to be paid to Companies House. eg Annual Return (Currently £13). We charge you for such fees at cost price (+VAT).
The answer is yes but there is no need for panic! Here is a quick example of how a typical calculation will work based on this example
You subscribe on 01/01/20 for Package 1 and pay £4.99 per week for the package. This is the equivalent of £259.49 over 12 months (52 weeks).
When preparing your final accounts we find that your annual turnover exceeds your £1000 annual limit for the package that you have subscribed to and instead you should instead have been
paying for Package 2 priced at £6.99 per week.
The annual cost of Package 2 is £363.48 (over 52 weeks).
As you have already paid us the equivalent of £259.49 for package 1 over 12 months, you will be asked to pay the balance of £103.99 before we can compile your annual accounts
and file your CT600 Corporation Tax return.
Yes this is possible. However you will not be eligible for any refunds for any historic payments that you have made to us.
Yes this is not a problem.
The phone line is set up on request only. You will be issued with a landline number for any UK city of your choice e.g 0203 for London, 0121 for Birmingham etc. You will be provided with a Mobile App or software for your PC through which you can make or receive calls. To keep your line active you must make or receive a minimum of 1 call per month which must last at least 30 seconds.
