The founders of Icon Offices trace their roots back to the late 1990’s when they began renting commercial property and providing business support and telephony services to businesses and consumers in the UK.
In 2016 Icon Offices was born as a serviced office provider specialising in providing affordable work space solutions to small and medium sized enterprises. After a few years of serving the local communities in which our business centres were located and partly as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic which left millions of people housebound; we identified that there was a growing requirement for businesses and budding entrepreneurs to work remotely from home. Businesses and Entrepreneurs were becoming more savvy to the benefits of saving on office rent but at the same time they did not want to compromise on losing some of the benefits that come with
renting a traditional office, such as a prestigious address, privacy of their residential address, mail handling services, telephony services and more. As a method of meeting these growing demands, our virtual office services were born.
We soon came to realise that many of our clients would rent a virtual address from us with the sole purpose of using it as the registered address for their company. It was therefore only natural for us to move in the direction of UK Ltd company incorporation and provide it as an additional service to our customers. We then further developed our business model by providing a range of business support services to our clients.
We now market ourselves as a one stop provider of office rental and business support services to start up and small to medium sized businesses. We can provide clients with a physical office, coworking space or a virtual office. We can incorporate a client’s company, help them to get an international bank account, set up their business phone lines, design their company logo, provide them with a web domain, help to list their businesses in various online directories, set up their business phone lines, answer their calls, assist with their company’s statutory filings and much more.
Over the years, we have expanded our services globally and we now provide office rental and business support solutions in USA, Canada, Ireland the UK with a roadmap in place to enter at least half a dozen new jurisdictions in the next few years.
