You have the right to cancel the service and receive a full refund within 7 days providing that no work has been done by us. If we have started work on your Confirmation Statement and you cancel then a discretionary fee may be deducted from your refund. Payment is non refundable once your confirmation statement has been filed with Companies House. If you need to make changes to the share capital of the company or shareholders of the company prior to filing your confirmation statement then an additional fee may be applicable as this involves much more work.
