You can navigate to the company formation page through our website link that can be found either in our social media platforms or by searching for Icon Offices on your Google search to go to the main page or click the link below https://iconoffices.co.uk/uk-company-formation.php
Once you are on the main page, click company incorporation on the menu bar then you will be prompted to choose a country in which you are looking to establish your country as shown in the image below.
After clicking on the UK option, you will land on the UK company formation page, you will find a search bar where you can enter your company name to check if it is available as shown in the image below.
On the same page, there are also two company formation packages. One is for incorporating a UK company with your address, and the other one, incorporating a UK company with our address as shown in the image below.
First package option
Click on proceed to get the package that suits your business needs. If you click on the package to incorporate your company with one of our addresses, you will be directed to our virtual office page where you will choose the address that you would like to register your company as shown in the image below.
If you click on the first option of using our Privacy Package, virtual office packages will pop up for you to choose a package that suits your business needs then click next as shown in the image below.

Second package option
If you proceed with the second package for incorporating your company using your own address, you will be directed to a page where you will have to choose the address you would like to register your company with. Choose the second option which states that you want to use your own address, then click next and it will direct you to the application form page as shown in the image below.
To proceed with the application form, you must read and understand the guidelines. If you don’t have directors who are not shareholders, shareholders who are not directors, and shareholders who own 25% or less of the company, you will have to contact us to give you a separate form to fill out as shown in the image below.
Step 1
If your company meets the above statements, you can proceed to the quick application form and fill out your company details, starting with the name of your company, then the company ending i.e. ‘Limited’ or ‘Ltd’ to be added to your company name, and the business activity as shown in the image below.
Step 2
Enter the registered address and email address for your company as shown in the image below. The address will be visible for the public to see on HMRC, Companies House, and various third-party websites. If you do not want your address to be made public then you can always go back and choose one of our virtual office addresses for your company.
Step 3
Enter the director’s details including their name, date of birth, nationality, residential and email address, and contact details. You can have multiple company directors; after adding the details of the first director, you can add the second director's details by clicking the “add director” button.
Step 4
Answer security questions as shown in the image below. The security questions are required by Companies House for security purposes.

Choose your payment method as shown in the image below.

To check the ID requirements for all directors and shareholders, you can click where it says ‘Click here for more information’ as shown in the image below.
You will be directed to the ID page where we have listed documents we need for the director or owner of the Business as shown in the image below. All ID documents can be uploaded in the client login area after you sign up.
In the event that we will be speaking to someone other than the director, also known as an ‘Authorised person', we will need an authorisation letter authorising us to deal with the Account Handler signed by the director.
