Your application may be delayed or rejected if you do not supply this. Your N.I Number / Tax Number should be your own individual one. Not one assigned to any business that you own. If you do not have one, then please write N/A in this box with a brief explantion. We will then explain things to HMRC on your behalf.

By default we will apply for you to join the standard VAT scheme at 20% with the requirement to submit quarterly VAT returns. If you have any special requirements or requests then please state them in the field below.

Accept terms and conditions. Once payment is made we will require photo ID and 2 x proof of residential address for at least 1 Director of the company. Additional checks may also be necessary. You have the right to cancel the service and receive a full refund within 7 days providing that no work has been done by us. If we have started work on your application, then a discretionary fee may be deducted from your refund. Payment is non refundable once your VAT number has been obtained. If you sign up for our Accountancy Services at a later date the fee you have paid for VAT registration cannot be adjusted or refunded. This is an application service only.
